How it works
Pay with Bitcoin in four steps.
Your account balance is kept in US dollars. A top-up in BTC pays your server at once, and whatever is left pays its renewals.
- 1
Pick a serverChoose a configuration and a city, then create an account with just an email address.
- 2
Open a BTC paymentFrom $100: the page shows the exact BTC amount, a deposit address and a QR code, locked for 45 minutes.
- 3
Send it on BitcoinFrom any wallet or exchange. Confirmation takes 10–30 minutes; the page updates by itself.
- 4
Get root accessThe order is paid from your balance automatically. In-stock servers are ready about 15 minutes later.
Why BTC
Paying with Bitcoin.
The coin everyone can sendEvery exchange and wallet supports on-chain Bitcoin: no new app to install and no token to swap first.
A 45-minute windowThe BTC amount stays valid for 45 minutes, long enough for a slow exchange withdrawal. A payment confirmed after the window is still credited.
Price locked in USDYou pay the dollar price at the rate of the moment: Bitcoin volatility never changes what your server costs.

FAQ
Bitcoin payments: questions, answered.
Still have a question? Customers with an active server get answers from engineers in a support ticket.
Support ticketsCan I pay for a dedicated server with Bitcoin?
Yes. Pick a server, create an account with just an email address, and top up your balance with Bitcoin (from $100). The payment page shows the exact BTC amount, a deposit address and a QR code; the order is paid automatically when the transaction confirms.
How many confirmations do you wait for?
The payment page tracks your transaction and shows when it is detected and when it is confirmed; on Bitcoin this typically takes 10 to 30 minutes after you send, depending on the fee you chose.
What if I send the wrong amount of BTC?
Don’t send a second payment to the same address. Once the window has closed, open the payment in your client area and use “Report a payment problem” with the transaction ID: we credit what arrived to your balance.
How long is the crypto price locked?
Prices are in USD, and the crypto amount is locked when you open a payment: for 30 minutes, or 45 minutes for Bitcoin and Monero. A payment confirmed shortly after the window is still detected and credited.
Is there a minimum payment?
Yes: top-ups start at $100. Your balance pays the first month of a new server and then its renewals, so one top-up usually covers several months. Unused balance is refundable within 30 days of the top-up. Payment guide
Do you require ID or KYC?
No. An email address is enough to open an account and order. We do enforce our Acceptable Use Policy and act on verified abuse reports, which keeps our IP ranges clean for everyone. No-KYC dedicated servers
Can I get a refund?
Unused account balance is refundable within 30 days of the top-up, and servers that are not delivered on time are refunded in full. Delivered months are otherwise not refundable. Refund Policy
