PowerDedi accepts cryptocurrency only. Your account has a balance, kept in US dollars: crypto top-ups add to it, and new servers and renewals are paid from it. Top up in advance, or when you deploy a server that your balance doesn’t cover: the server is then paid the moment your payment confirms. You need a wallet or an exchange account holding one of the accepted coins.

Prices are set in US dollars. The payment window is how long the crypto amount stays locked after you open a payment. Confirmation times depend on the network and its current load. The minimum top-up is $100. Our comparison of the five coins helps you choose.

Top up your balance

  1. In the client area, open Billing → Balance & top-ups.
  2. Choose an amount, or type your own, and pick a coin.
  3. The payment page shows a deposit address, a QR code and the exact crypto amount. Send exactly that amount, on exactly that network, to that address. Paste the address rather than typing it, and compare its first and last characters after pasting.
  4. Keep the page open if you like: it updates by itself when the payment is detected and again when it is confirmed. The amount is then added to your balance.

Every payment has its own deposit address. Never reuse the address of an earlier payment.

Deploy a server, or pay an invoice

When you deploy a server, its first month is paid from your balance. If the balance doesn’t cover it, the last step of the order asks for a top-up: at least $100, and at least what is missing. You can also add one, three or six months of the server in one payment. When the payment confirms, the amount is credited, the order is paid automatically and provisioning starts at once. Any surplus stays on your balance for the next renewals.

An unpaid invoice under Billing → Invoices works the same way: pick a coin, and the invoice is paid as soon as the top-up confirms.

Paying from an exchange

Withdrawal fees. Some exchanges deduct their fee from the amount you enter. If a payment asks for 105.00 USDT and the exchange charges 1 USDT, entering 105 delivers 104. Enter the amount plus the fee, or use the field for the amount the recipient receives.

Delays. Some exchanges hold withdrawals for review or send them in batches. A payment sent within the window but confirmed after it is still detected and credited: the payment page shows until when it keeps watching.

Networks. Exchanges often offer USDT on several networks. Select TRON (TRC-20) explicitly: a TRON address starts with T. For Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero and Solana, use the coin’s own network.

Funds sent on another network, or in another token, are not detected and may be impossible to recover. Check the network before you confirm the withdrawal.

If the amount doesn’t match

A payment is confirmed automatically when the deposit address receives the amount shown. If you sent less or more, don’t send a second payment to the same address: once the payment window has closed, open the payment in your client area and use Report a payment problem with the transaction hash (TXID) and the amount you sent. We check the transaction and credit what arrived to your balance.

Unused balance is refundable on request within 30 days of the top-up, to a wallet you control, in the same cryptocurrency and minus the network fee. See the refund policy.

Account balance and automatic renewal

Instead of paying every month, keep enough in your balance. Renewal invoices are issued 7 days before the due date and paid automatically whenever your balance covers them. Billing → Balance & top-ups shows your upcoming renewals and the date your balance covers you until.

If a renewal is still unpaid on the due date, a 3-day grace period starts. After it, the server is suspended, and 7 days after suspension it is terminated and its disks are securely wiped. Wiped data cannot be recovered.

If the payment window expired

  • You haven’t paid yet: open a new payment. A new crypto amount is locked at the current rate for a new window.
  • You paid, but the transaction confirmed after the window: wait. The payment page keeps watching for it and credits it when it arrives.
  • Your payment arrived even later, or on the wrong network: don’t pay again. Use Report a payment problem on the payment page with the TXID and the amount you sent.

Sign-up and payment need only an email address: we never ask for card details, bank details or ID documents.
