FAQ
Straight answers.
Not sure which server fits? Compare every configuration side by side, with the workloads each range is built for.
Compare serversWhat does “10 Gbps unmetered” actually mean?
No transfer quota, no overage fee, no 95th-percentile billing and no inbound/outbound ratio: we never count or bill your traffic. Every server has its own 10 Gbps port, not shared with anyone else, and you can run it hard around the clock. As on any network, the uplinks beyond your port are shared, so real-world throughput also depends on the route to the other end. We only step in on traffic that harms the network (attacks, packet floods, abuse) and, unless an attack is in progress, we contact you first.
How fast will my server be ready?
Configurations marked “~15 min” are in stock and provisioned automatically as soon as your payment confirms on-chain, typically in about 15 minutes. Built-to-order configurations show their delivery time (24 or 72 hours) right next to the price.
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Monero (XMR), Tether (USDT) on the TRON network (TRC-20) and Solana (SOL). Prices are in USD and the crypto amount is locked when you open a payment.
How can you be so much cheaper than other providers?
Four things: crypto-only billing (no card fees, no chargebacks), hardware we buy in volume and run for years, wholesale transit plus direct peering, and a fully automated platform. Each saves a few percent; together they add up to prices around 40% below comparable offers.
How is the “market average” price calculated?
For every configuration we take the median public list price of the same CPU, memory and storage at major European and US providers (Hetzner, OVHcloud, Scaleway, Leaseweb, Worldstream, Cherry Servers and others), excluding setup fees and VAT, with their standard 1 Gbps port. Our price is about 40% lower, and the 10 Gbps unmetered port comes on top: across the 19 providers we checked that sell it, it adds about $630 a month (median; from $100 to $1,500). Prices were checked in September 2026.
Is the hardware really dedicated to me?
Yes. Every server is a physical machine used by you alone: no hypervisor, no shared CPU, no noisy neighbours. You get full root access plus IPMI / KVM out-of-band access to the machine.
Do you require ID or KYC?
No. An email address is enough to open an account and order. We do enforce our Acceptable Use Policy and act on verified abuse reports, which keeps our IP ranges clean for everyone.
What is not allowed on your network?
Spam, phishing, malware distribution, network attacks (DDoS, brute force, mass scanning) and anything illegal in the country where the server is located. Violations lead to suspension; the full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy.
Is DDoS protection included?
Yes, on every server at no extra cost. Network-level mitigation is always on and filters volumetric attacks upstream, before they reach your port.
Which operating systems can I install?
Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Proxmox VE and FreeBSD in one click, or any ISO of your choice through the IPMI / KVM console.
Can I upgrade or cancel at any time?
Yes. Billing is monthly with no contract. Extra IPv4 addresses can be added at any time; memory and disk upgrades are quoted per configuration. Cancel whenever you want: your server stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Where are your servers located?
Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Paris, Zürich, New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Singapore and Tokyo, in carrier-neutral facilities. Each configuration lists its available locations, and the location filter above the server table shows what is available in each city.
