Infringement notices must identify the protected work, the exact infringing URL or location, and include a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them, and that the information is accurate. We forward valid notices to our customer, who has 48 hours to respond.

Legal and privacy requests: say who you are, what you are asking for and on what legal basis, in the field below. The IP address and time are optional here, but leave an email address: it is the only way we can answer you.

Do not send the material itself. Report URLs or IP addresses only. We act immediately and report to the competent authorities. You can also report to NCMEC or your national hotline via INHOPE.

We ask for as little personal data as possible, and we enforce our Acceptable Use Policy firmly. A clean network is what keeps our IP addresses useful for everyone.
