Customers with an active server open a support ticket from their client area. Everyone else, and any formal legal notice, uses the notice form.

This policy explains when and how PowerDedi refunds payments. It is part of our [Terms of Service](https://powerdedi.com/legal/terms) and does not limit any refund right you have under mandatory consumer law. “PowerDedi”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of PowerDedi identified on your invoices.

## 1. Overview

Refunds cover the following cases:

| Situation | What you receive | Paid to |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Unused balance, requested within 30 days of the top-up | The unused amount, minus the network fee | Your wallet |
| Server not delivered within 48 hours after its stated delivery time | Full refund of that invoice | Your balance, instantly; then your wallet if you wish |
| Hardware fault not fixed or replaced within 24 hours | Prorated credit or refund for the remaining period | Your balance (credit) or wallet (refund) |
| Server delivered, no failure on our side | No refund; cancel to stop the next renewal | — |
| Service terminated for an Acceptable Use Policy violation | No refund | — |

## 2. Unused account balance

You can request a refund of the unused part of a top-up within 30 days of that top-up, from **Billing → Balance & top-ups → Refund unused balance** in your client area. We pay it to a wallet you control, in the cryptocurrency you used for the top-up, minus the network fee of the payout transaction. The 30 days are counted separately for each top-up; an overpayment credited to your balance counts as a top-up made on the day of the payment.

Service credits, such as those under our [Service Level Agreement](https://powerdedi.com/legal/sla), are not cash: they pay future invoices and cannot be refunded.

## 3. Server not delivered on time

Each configuration shows its delivery time (about 15 minutes, 24 hours or 72 hours), counted from payment confirmation. If your server is not delivered within 48 hours after that time — for example 72 hours after payment confirmation for a 24-hour configuration — a “Cancel and refund” button appears on the server’s page in your client area. It cancels the order and refunds that invoice in full to your balance at once; you can then use that balance or request it back to your wallet within 30 days (section 2).

## 4. Hardware faults we cannot fix

If we cannot fix a confirmed hardware fault or replace the faulty part within 24 hours (see our [Service Level Agreement](https://powerdedi.com/legal/sla)), you can ask in a support ticket for a prorated credit or refund for the remaining period: the unused part of the period you paid for, counted from the time the fault was confirmed. Tell us which you prefer; a credit goes to your account balance, a refund to your wallet.

## 5. Monthly fees and cancellation

Apart from the cases above, monthly server fees are not refundable once the server is delivered, including for a partly used month. You can cancel at any time from the server’s page in the client panel. Cancellation stops the next renewal: the server stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then its disks are securely wiped and the data cannot be recovered.

> Renewal invoices are issued 7 days before the due date and paid automatically when your balance covers them. To avoid paying for another month, cancel before the renewal invoice is paid.

## 6. How refunds are calculated and paid

- Refunds are calculated in USD, the currency of our prices.
- They are paid in the cryptocurrency of the original payment, on the same network, at the exchange rate at the time of the refund. You may therefore receive more or less cryptocurrency than you sent.
- We pay only to a wallet address you control. Check it carefully: payouts cannot be reversed.

## 7. Wrong network or wrong token

Each payment shows one deposit address, one cryptocurrency and one network. If you send a different token, or the right token on another network — for example USDT on any network other than TRON (TRC-20) — the payment is not credited. When it is technically possible, we try to recover the funds, and we may deduct the actual recovery cost. We cannot guarantee recovery, and some mistakes are permanent. Send us the payment reference, the transaction hash and the network you used.

Payments confirmed shortly after the payment window are detected and credited automatically. If the amount received differs from the amount shown, report it from the payment page with the transaction hash: we credit what arrived to your balance. Our [payment guide](https://powerdedi.com/docs/pay-with-crypto) explains how to pay correctly.

## 8. Termination for Acceptable Use Policy violations

If we terminate a service because it violated our [Acceptable Use Policy](https://powerdedi.com/legal/acceptable-use), the fees paid for that service are not refunded, including any unused part of the paid period.

## 9. How to request a refund

Every refund is requested from your client area, without writing to us:

- **Unused balance:** Billing → Balance & top-ups → Refund unused balance. Enter the amount, the cryptocurrency and the wallet address that should receive it.
- **Server not delivered on time:** the “Cancel and refund” button on the server’s page.
- **Hardware fault:** a support ticket about the server concerned.

Requests made from your signed-in account need no further confirmation. We pay valid wallet refunds within 5 business days and show their status, then the payout transaction, in your client area.

## 10. Blockchain payments are final

Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed by a bank or card issuer, so there are no chargebacks. Refunds are issued only by us, under this policy.
