# Report abuse from our network.

Spam, phishing, malware, attacks or illegal content coming from a PowerDedi IP address? Tell us here. Every report is reviewed by a person, and verified abuse is acted on quickly.

**How we handle reports**

- **Every report**: Reviewed by a person
- **Active attacks, CSAM**: Acted on immediately, 24/7
- **Other abuse**: Customer notified, 24 h to fix
- **Infringement notices**: Forwarded, 48 h to respond
- **Anonymous reports**: Accepted

## Send a report

Precise IP addresses, timestamps and evidence let us act in hours instead of days.

**What happens next**

1. **We review your report**: A person checks the evidence against the IP address and time.
2. **We notify our customer**: They get 24 hours to fix the issue, 48 hours for infringement notices.
3. **We act**: Active attacks, CSAM and compromised servers harming others are null-routed or suspended immediately.
4. **We follow up**: Repeated or unresolved abuse leads to termination under our AUP.

## Privacy for customers, zero tolerance for abuse.

We ask for as little personal data as possible, and we enforce our Acceptable Use Policy firmly. A clean network is what keeps our IP addresses useful for everyone.

- **Spam and phishing** Outbound port 25 is blocked by default, and spam or phishing leads to suspension.
- **Attacks** Servers attacking others are null-routed immediately, then investigated.
- **CSAM** Zero tolerance: immediate suspension and a report to the competent authorities.
